At Sringaaram Boutique, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below:

Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, accessories, customized or altered items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Method: Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
